Parking Spaces
467 parking spaces are available: 392 in the train station parking level P1 and 75 in the train station parking level P2 (KKL) that is ideally located for visitors of the KKL (Culture and Convention Center). Sub-compact parking is in sector A: There you will find parking spaces with the Smart logo for small cars arranged at an angle. These parking spaces are ideal for cars such as Audi A2, Fiat Punto, Smart or VW Polo, for example.
Handicapped Parking
Two extra wide handicapped parking spaces are located in the train station parking level P1, sector D - next to the exit to the train station shopping RailCity. Almost all parking spaces on level P1 are now suited for handicapped parking. During the renovation in 2007 most of the parking spaces were widened to 2.8 m. A handicapped parking space is located near the exit in the train station parking level P2 (KKL).
A Special Service: Pre-Paid Multiple Day Ticket
Well suited for hotel guests and conference participants who want to leave without effort on their day of departure: For a length of stay between 2 and 14 days you can pre-pay a multiple day ticket to the cashier. Multiple entries and exits are permitted.
Security
30 cameras monitor the parking garage. The main stairwell as well as the elevator are enclosed in glass and therefore offer transparency and protection. Emergency phones are installed on the floors B, E and H near the stairwell. Swisscom Mobile clients have cell phone reception without limitations also on all basement levels.
