Terms & Conditions for short-term and permanent parking
We will automatically adjust prices for percentage rate changes of the value added tax. All extra costs are included in the parking fee and the rental fee respectively. Offsetting with counterclaims is not accepted.

Renters have to pay the rental fee for the contracted period in monthly installments in advance with the orange payment slip

With the use of the parking garage the following terms and conditions are accepted:

  • The parking spaces are not guarded. Cars have to be locked when parked. Insurance against theft, fire and other damages are the owner's or renter's obligation respectively. The parking garage rejects any liability.
  • It is forbidden to perform any cleaning or maintenance work on the parked cars. The storage of bicycles, mopeds, car accessories or other items in the parking spaces is not permitted.
  • The user is liable for any damage he or she causes when using the Gütsch parking garage.
  • Subletting or assignment of the rental contract to a third party by a renter of a permanent parking space is not permitted without the written consent of the landlord.
  • The user pledges to follow all the verbal and written directives of the operational management.
  • Exclusive area of jurisdiction for possible disputes arising from these terms and conditions is Lucerne. Swiss law will apply exclusively.
